Hello Pete,

I would contact ACR as they can help you directly.

For the allen key studs rounded in teh caliper then carefully hacksaw a slot in them and unscrew with a flat head screwdriver.

I have a spare caliper of the same vintage that I can let you have for 20 quid. Also spare cylinder and disc brake with carrier. the lot for 50 quid. Both been rebuilt with new seals and springs etc.
