I think you'll find the ARKS Saturday /race Sunday concession is only available to juniors who don't need a medical. This is because the medicals have to be approved by the MSA's medical panel and the race day organisers aren't qualified to make the call whether you are fit to race or not.

Re the ARKS test contact the MSA. You may only have to rake the written section

Or you could rave IKR/Non-MSA and avoid all this.
