This is from the faq section of their website so looks as if you may be OK but best to check. Have you tried calling/emailng Daphne Freeman as she is the competition secretary - contact details on the website.

You are welcome to practice but not race as long as there is space on the grid. Racers booked in for that weekend will take precidence. You must have an MSA licence and your kart should conform to current MSA standards and be able to pass scruitineering.
