If you centre pop inside where the bearing sits it doesn't show.

You don't need to go mad, just raise some little 'volcanoes'

You can get 'bearing lock' from Loctite.

Some bearings have a different interference rating so it might be worth asking the bearing company for their range.

As Team Poor says, removing the dust covers and retaining their shape is difficult because they are very thin.
