I saw on flea bay one of the used kart spares dealers selling a batch of titanium bumpers, they were OTK style in terms of shape but much lighter and stronger . Unfortunately the centres between the chassis tubes was too short and to extend you would need more titanium tube and specialist welding. They must have been made for Cadet or super cadet. Not sure where you would stand on legality.
