Simon - in dynamax's post he says that the driver went to sign on with his Dad so based on that I would take it that his Mum had not signed him on the night before.
Do officials now check during the day to ensure the PG licence holder is there? Or is it still the case that when a driver is called to CoC then the person signing him/her on has to attend?
