So how long do they take to come on after they've cooled down again?

An endurance race keeps the heat in the tyres for the whole race. Thus essentially they are in their first heat cycle even after 4hrs racing...

So what are they like after they've cooled down in the pits for 30-60minutes? What are they like after they are on their 4th heat cycle? (Essentially, the final)
