Can I throw in a different view here?

Let's guess the price will be around Ł300.

Are you HONESTLY saying that there is NOTHING left you could buy or do with that Ł300 that would NOT help you go FASTER rather than look prettier?

If you have spent every-penny possible on going faster, then a poncey helmet job might make some sense..... if not....

I know how unpopular that answer is, especially with those who HAVE spent between Ł300 and Ł700 on a helmet job..... tough! It's still a valid point!

Obviously, you should spend whatever you want on whatever you want.... that doesn't mean it's a rational decision, however!

Why not have diamonds inset (a la, Hamilton) into it as well..... that'll make you faster, too!

If you can spend Ł300 on a helmet job, just don't come on here, later, complaining that the MSA has raised the costs of licences (or whatever) by Ł20!
