TKM - starting DD engine on trolley

New to TKM so apologies for the basic questions 😊

For those of you with DD, do you on occasions start your engines up on the trolley and if so, how? Do the starters used for clutch engines also fit DD somehow (I dont have a Clutch so no idea how these work and what fittings they have)?
