Liam , adam thank you both for your comments been very helpful

Funny you should say about steel rulers and measures for tracking, two of the biggest things that was making me scratch my head with worry was aligning the sprocket and chain and the front tracking etc! I know a lot of things are fixed on tkm but I imagine the ones you can adjust make a big difference!

I'm sold in going to do it will get in the market over the next month or two and try to pick up a retirement package 2010 onwards!

Final question how do you guys transport your karts? I'm thinking I might have to chop my car in and buy an astravan or something similar . . . Obviously don't want to be driving a connect or something similar full time and the thought of putting a tow bar on my fiesta and towing fills me with dread lol
