my comments weren't sitting on the fence, the issue is simple, if components aren't breaking then drivers/teams need to do things up tighter....that's their responsibility, if parts are breaking, then it is down to contact damage and/or overuse and misuse of parts....which is again down to drivers/teams
tell me exactly how you think the MSA are going to investigate/record these incidents, find route causes etc etc...I HIGHLY doubt that it would be a manufacturing/component issue...otherwise most karts would be doing the same thing, so I can only put it down to drivers/teams misusing/not doing up bolts etc etc....the MSA can do F all about that, and neither can the scrutineers!
