I can assume which meeting this may refer to - but as it hasn't been confirmed to what mattman is alluding I cannot be sure.

A meeting that I know happened that weekend I know for sure had at least 1 MSA qualified and experienced Scruitineer, and from giving him a call he had another MSA qualified Scruitineer.

So I guess Mattman was at a circuit other than my assumption. Or he has assumed that because someone was doing a role different to normal, that they do not hold the relevant grades to other roles.
