There is NO suggestion that James ASKED for this work to be carried out! IF James had done, which he did NOT then James would be be at fault for not reading the regulations. But his engine builder (lets call him PAUL).SHOULD and WOULD be in full knowledge of the facts that these modifications are NOT ALLOWED no matter what the fiche states the tolerances are.It is in black and white. He is not good.He is aware of the rules and took it upon himself to break them in an attempt to raise the awareness of his tuning prowess and no doubt his bank balance by cheating his customers !
