They should not be difficult to make up, if anyone has the sequence of wiring at hand.

I suspect that:
PS/2 to USB wiring diagram
technix.free-message-board.com

may be the information you need, along with a visit to Maplins. (Or a visit to your local electronics club if soldering electronics is a black art to you)

You could try KKC at Whilton Mill, they seemed quite switched on about the technology last time I had a fault.
