1) Who says your corner weight are wrong in the first place? 2) HOW do they KNOW? 3) if you sit in the kart with a proper corner-weight system..... put your helmet on and see what happens to the 'values' of the corner weight when you simply move your head from side to side. Then try moving your body as you would in a race. The value-change may cpme as a surprise. 4) Are you racing at many tracks that have the same number of 'degrees' of left hand corners to right? Be aware that almost ALL kart tracks (except those in a figure-of-8 pattern) have 360 degrees more corners left than right or vice versa. Thus.... why do you think that the corner weights should be 'even' when the tracks AREN'T?
It seems to me you may be assuming too much about 'corner weights'. I may be wrong but I have heard this stuff about 'equal corner weights' too many times. American 'oval races' often biased the weight one side of the other as they have (usually) 360 degrees to the left and NONE to the right. The biased weighting is called 'stagger'.
Finally, many people doubt what I say about his...... check it for yourself. Go out, do some laps, come in, take the tyre temperatures. Are the same left and right? Usually, they'll be hotter on the side affected by the greater number of 'left/right corners. The think about the implications......
