Welllllll......

Have a look at the Mychron 3 or 4. They will deliver data beyond your wildest dreams: so much so as to be beyond many user's abilities to read the data.

You will need the software which is available to both of those (effectively) data-loggers (Race Studio) but that will allow you to process the calculations to see how changing XYZ on the kart affects its(for example) BHP output at all rev levels. Adding the lateral G packages and steering angle logging (with additional data logging kit) will let you see what's happening to much of the chassis. Just be prepared to read the manual and learn.

Secondly, like almost every IT literate person, you must have access to a copy of Excel. You can thus transfer your data from you paper-notebook to the Excel file and then analyse that data from within there.

For us IT-nutters..... there's a HELL of a lot of data available to us.
