The ABkC aren't working with a big budget. As far as I know Colin's position is entirely voluntary. It's true that there is a skill to creating a questionnaire, people make good money from doing just that. That money doesn't exist so the people who are working to make a difference to a failing category of karting are doing their best with limited resources and without reward. They deserve your support. If you don't like the way the questions are worded then just frame your responses accordingly.
