I think you maybe right Chris, so frustrating! When i have the bleed nipple open and pull the pedal right to the end of the stroke there is what sounds like a slight air pop coming from the master cylinder, im not sure if this is usual or not. Either way it's hacking me right off so i will have to take it back to R3 Monday.
