"Shouldn't the Msa adapt"
The MSA have a small number of people on the relevant committees. It would be better to influence these people if you don't like the output of the MSA or to find out why your views are not represented.
They are all closely involved in karting in some way, some drive, some are involved with tracks or championships or associations and some involved with the hardware.
