So back to my earlier point if the tooling isn't the answer. why during the consultation process didn't one of the engine builders or kelvin figure out that this wasn't going to work. I was really hoping that this new tooling was going to sort this timing issue once and for all. I know feel it has just muddied the water. I would say that 80% of engines out there being raced are prepared by engine builders, and there should be no reason for an engine prepared by any of the builders to fail on timing. I realise that there many be a parent that decides to alter it once it has come back from the builders but they r only cheating themselves and there child if caught. But if like me I put all my trust in my builder to prepare my engines to the best of his ability and to the legal requirements. As I don't feel confident enough in my ability to do it correct myself, and the last thing that I would want is for my son to be dsq for my failings. I really thought that we had put all of this behind us late last year but it seems not
