Aren't 25mm front stubs longer giving a wider front track.
Remember most cik chassis are designed for soft tires, so if you had 17 or 15mm front stubs they couldn't go as wide and your tricycle can quickly turn into a bicycle.

Add front brakes and a kz1 power then I'd be thinking a 25mm front stub is probably a for that. In a low grip low power tkm you probably won't see much difference.

Which is why cadets only have little stubs :-)
