My father, for my 14th birthday, took me to our local indoor track. Twenty two years later we are still racing. Like Ian said in his post, the bond that my Dad and I have which was forged through karting will never leave us.

I'm a married man myself now with two Daughters, who show no interest in karting whatsoever, so it looks like my racing career will carry on as my Dad and I love the sport, which has given us so much, over the years.
