I think you are absolutely right to bring this to everyones attention on her - well done. I was subject of a similar thing and it is VERY annoying - I wish someone had alerted me to the joker I had to deal with ......and in all honesty, naming him on here would have been the least of his troubles!
I understand the advice regarding how you could land yourself in trouble by accusing etc etc etc, but for me, the benefits outweigh the risks - if the person is genuine they wouldn't let things get to this stage so they are hardly likely to be seeking a prosecution for slander when clearly (providing your details are correct)their actions would amount to something illegal
From my experience, you have to now, annoyingly 'play the game' and do what you need to do to get your money back or have the seller send you your goods. It is all very time consuming, but that is what the law requires you to do now and providing you do that, the 'system' will support you to get a result
contact the citizens advice - they give you a ref number and advise as to what documents to send and what they should contain and the time periods between etc ..........only problem would come from not having an address, but some simple steps can soon get that information ........the internet is a very informative place!!
hope it works out for you
