Fair point Ian, that's why I've put Potential Fraud in the title and tried to refrain from actually stating that it is totally clear cut. I understand the point you are making though and I should perhaps point out that at this point nothing has actually been proven and it is merely a warning to others using the site that there are issues.

Although I would like to think if the person in question is able to post further ad's he would be able to reply to someone who has sent him a substantial amount of money. However point taken!

Using two different names and locations on the classified ads for the same phone number is a pretty bad sign. I won't name further names or information. I just didn't want anyone else to be caught out in the same way whilst my case is being investigated.
