are you talking about a kart for you or your son? you can ra e Indiekart at hooton without a license. Grids of 14-18 in tkm extreme. DONT rush out and buy any old kart. Pop down to Hooton on 22nd and have a look at an Indiekart meeting. Ask the drivers questions you need to know. We wont bite. (normally)
