the thing is, it seems to be the same driver/s getting the black/white flag. they ruin other drivers'races. putting them off the track. and the punishment doesn't fit the crime.if it's bad driving exclude them, dont flag them. They will then stop it.accidents do happen,but there are some who win races at the expense of others and don't seem to care
There was a comment earlier that the msa monitor the penalties and write to the offender! Does this really happen?
