If the driver is 16 before 31.12.13 then they will not be able to race in junior classes in 2014 and beyond.
Senior classes will be able to accept drivers in the year of their 15th birthday in 2014 but will not be forced to do so.
So far all the senior classes seem to be staying with the year of the driver's 16th birthday.
So, a driver who turns 16 in 2014 will be able to choose to race in either junior or senior classes.
