We run in 177 with a Gillard 10B.
Driver weighs 91kg. 3kg lead on kart. All up around 178kg at race end with around 1kg of fuel left so kart with Douglas LV mags is around 83kg dry and unleaded.
Hope that helps. Note this is on the Rye House scales.
