KFJ simply put.

Who spends the most wins. The MSA is a joke for allowing this class to be classed as the junior class. It's outside of 99% of budgets.
Example. The top British kid in Europe is spending Ł400k plus this year. That's more than most dads earn in 10 years.

So how can it really be THE junior class, forget the racing check dads bank balance and hand the titles over there and then.
