Great idea on practice days as even if you get the wrong driver it will not have any serious impact on their practice but still gets through to the offenders.
Most races are so few laps that a drive through/talking to would ruin their race and parents would be just as vocal if the wwrong driver was called in or the incident could be disputed.
Worth a try though if it could improve driving standards.
