The seat is an xl iztec (we have got a big mate who drives some times) it is quite far but sort of cause its low as poss and leaning back, im +6ft? the top edge off the seat is just in front of the axle, although the mounting point is 30mm from the back of the seat( cant go much more foward?)if that helps?
Are you using slc as in the 'old harder tyres'? I like those alot better on our old kart. Alot of it is cause of the grip of new maxxis its tough to manage atm.

We aren't racing yet, just practice and learning setup as we are in our first year of karting.
