No. BMC/BNL have Minimax, although on a slightly smaller chassis, nordic type chassis I think. The engine regs are the same as minimax here.

The BNL & BMC combined is nine race meetings, BNL are double headers. So an investment in a chassis should be worth while if doing both championships.

Licencing is simple, just take along your MSA National A licence and for 50 euros they will issue the driver with a belgium starting permit for the year, no ASN visa required.

Please check the above if you intend to enter minimax, as we have an international junior licence, but I'm quite sure an MSA National licence will be fine as they have minimax drivers (under 12) from Netherlands, Germany and France.
