Banzai boy if that's the case, on what grounds can the officials penalise drivers for pushing? And having established the difference between pushing and loading in as far as the effect on the drivers is concerned, how can either be said to comply with the reg I posted above - misbehaviour (loading) and unfair practice (pushing) leading to an advantage? Unless it can be argued that the advantage to the drivers when pushing is not unfair?
