Good video. One thing that I do differently is I always set the front steering up with the kart on the ground and the driver in the seat. If you set 0 toe on the stand, when the extra weight of the driver gets in it will move your settings. Same goes for camber caster settings also. We have a very low table with adjustable feet which we can set so its completely level to adjust our settings on.
