When I was in TKM I did the following to get the weight down, remember to weigh everything, sometimes items made from steel are lighter than the "lightweight" option

Light weight engine mount - (it was not mag)
Light weight hubs (although changed for heavier one as effected handling)
Lightweigh brake and sproket carriers
Lightweight sheet
Went through every bolt and got then as short as possible and used znuts
Lightweight brackets for nassau panel
Lightweight exhaust bracket
No paint
No stickers on anything
Changed helmets and saved 250g
Lighter suit
Bare minimum of clothing underneath suit
weighed all the pastic options for the lightest combo
No alfano/mychron
Mag wheels
Floor tray

You will of course have to check with the regs what you can and cannot do. The floor tray save a lot more than I thought it would.
