No Zantharos.... it's not necessarily so.... Take any track that is NOT a 'figure of eight' shape: count the angles of the corners to left and right corners (roughly). You'll note that EVERY such track has 360 degrees more corners one way than the other. Why SHOULD the kart be 'symetrical' when the tracks are not?

That's Clark's 1965 Indianapolis winning car with EXTREME 'bias'. It really does have longer wishbones on one side.
When tracks are 'biased' why shouldn't kartt6s be biased too? If you doubt me.... drive a standard track, test the temps of the left and right side tyres. You'll see the differences between them.
