I've just read their promotion stuff on their web site.

" MyChron3 Gold (Kart): Overview

The MyChron3 Gold is a powerful digital dash, gauge, and data logger for kart racing that includes a lateral G sensor, tachometer, two temperature inputs (for exhaust gas, cylinder head or water sensors), wheel speed, gear position display (automatically calculated from rpm and speed values), and lap times."

The others MyChron 3s don't have the internal G sensor, I believe. Check for yourself on their website to be sure.

The Mycron 4's abilities are expanded by adding the 'E box' and you get your G sensors in that.
