depends what you want to spend.
My budget for this season (F6 national series - senior class) is Ł1950. I use 1 set of NEW tyres per meeting, and this also includes all entry fee's, fuel, and diesel costs to get to the tracks.

I am not aware of any 'club' series that run 24 races in a season. Most are once a month and split between summer and winter series.
