Had an issue at my last race regarding overtaking. Coming on to the main straight I was carrying slightly more speed than the guy in front so I went to the inside and halfway down the straight I was halfway along side his kart. He looked across and started moving over towards me pushing me towards the edge of the track. By this point we were both travelling at the same speed. Before we got to the corner (before braking point) I ran out of room, he was still coming over, expecting me to back out by this point, we collided and I t-boned him. After the race the C of C pulled me in and told me it was my fault because I caused an avoidable accident! Was I at fault?
