I when to PF today on business and spoke to the foreman of the gang resurfacing the road at the PF entrance.

The work will be finished on Friday and regardless if you are driving to PF from the A17 end passing Fulbeck (on the right) then you will be able to get in, however coming the other way the road will be closed.
