real wet?

wont the engine stop?

it depends on the depth of standing water though and the ability for the tyre to remove the water.

different tyres will always have an optimum at differing conditions

whether the track is twisty or mainly straight plays a huge part too.

and is it going to rain consistantly hard all day / during a heat/final?
