Years ago I was racing at Donington in a mini race we were sharing a garage with another competitor, we got talking and he asked what power my mini had 132 bhp at the flywheel i replied oh ive got 175 he said, anyway during practice i caught and passed him with ease down the straght after qually he came over and said theres no way youve only got 132 brake he wasnt too impressed when I said I reckon its you that hasnt got 175 dyno and rolling roads vary massively the place we use for setting the car up regularly calibrates his so it reads true the problem he has is people leave his place with their chins on the ground because the cars dont read silly high figures
