So if 'S1 drivers' are banned from club meetings:
1. Do S1 organise a seperate race weekend for practice? Indeed would this exclusion apply to all practice days as well?
2. Does this mean that 'club' racers would never get to meet or race against 'S1 drivers', in effect creating another body ie non-msa,msa,S1?
3. How would a 'club' racer make the transition between 'club' racing and 'S1'?
4. What is an 'S1' racer? Would this exclusion apply only to current 'S1' racers or to all those who had ever competed in 'S1'?
This is nonsense. In my view they are ALL racers, in fact many 'club' racers as you call them have far more ability than many of those who race in the nationals.
On the subject of points, I think that the penalties that were being handed out were far too draconian eg 6 points at a time and that this was driving competitors away from competing at all. Also in many cases there was no discussion - once CoC had excluded a competitor from a meeting the only appeal was through the MSA. Most people could not or would not afford the two appeal fees.
