"a lot of S1 drivers were at those circuits early in the year. Club level 'policing' is not the same as at S1, so they could get away with poor (dangerous) driving" This just makes me feel more certain that it's the right way to go!! Our sport needs to be split, not by msa/non msa, but by aspiring f1 drivers, and those who just want to race for fun, and go to work the next day with a spring in their step! A typical msa kart meeting is no longer "fun", it is too hectic, too regulated, too much hassle and aggro, too many people taking VERY seriously something that should not be......the format needs changing: no saturday practice, 2 or 3 15min race morning practices, timed qualifying, and one race with the fastest starting at the front!
