I see your point QOT but I don't think so. The problem (I think) came because this year both Shenny and Whilton are on the Super 1 calender. Therefore, a lot of S1 drivers were at those circuits early in the year. Club level 'policing' is not the same as at S1, so they could get away with poor (dangerous) driving as there were no 'points' to lose and they probably would not be seen anyway. Not so easy at a S1 meeting because of the cameras and more officials.

Bring back points and bans. We have all seen it get worse since the change to a gentle slap on the wrist.....Are the MSA blind!!
