Nobby asked the right question; give us a chance!

You needn't worry too much about the flames etc., if you've filled the exhaust pipe with oil, that can happen. If it's a simple engine like the GX160, then the 'wrong' oil won't be much of a problem as the general user will have used everything in their generator/pump motor from synthetic to chip pan oil (not for karting, of course) ... the Hondas are NOT refined engineering.
