there is no room for interpretation of the rules.
the rules are the rules.
if all heats are not run then no points will be awarded.
remember last week?,break disc 3mm below chassis????.
there is no way they can just make it up when they feel like it!!
the rules are the rules.

how ever, they normally do what they want anyway.
