If I'm reading this right, he reduced his tyre pressures AND added seat stays, THEN sent his driver out and found it to be better......so the improvement is obviously down to the lower tyre pressures reducing the tyre temperatures and so stopping them overheating after 6 laps! Nothing to do with the seat stays!
