You need to note the 'dichotomy' here....

You have added/used a 'soft seat'.... twice..... but have added things which MANY people will tell you are STIFFENERS!

Yes.... your task is now to make sense of the cause of the 'perfomance increase'.... whatever else it is, logic MUST tell you..... it CANNOT be simply the (ahem...) 'stiffening/softening'!

My whole point is to ask you to take ALL 'advice' with a LARGE pinch of salt when you find such dichotomies arise from such conflicting advice!

My suspicion is that your driver has learned to DRIVE better! I don't have ANY proof of that, though!
