CKC have done a good job clarifying their position. Half a kart width over the White lines defining the circuit is illegal and the structure for penalisation

The MSA ruling is open to interpretation (Itpro's favourite word). At one point it says "Where a driver Consistently drives with a wheel off the track..." and at another it says "A driver will be judged to have left the track if no part of the car remains in contact with the track". It can't be both. I think two wheels over the White line should be the ruling, and CKC's structure should work fantastically, presuming it is applied consistently
